When a family administrator adds you to a Take Five care circle, you may provide your mobile number to receive SMS notifications from Take Five Care. This page describes what you are agreeing to and how to opt out at any time.
Take Five Care sends SMS messages only to people who have been added to a care circle by a family administrator and have explicitly consented to receive messages. We do not send marketing messages.
Take Five is primarily an inbound service — you text us, not the other way around. The only messages you will receive from Take Five Care are:
Welcome message — a one-time message when you are enrolled, confirming the number to text and how the service works.
Check-in confirmations — a brief automated reply each time you send a care update, confirming your message was received by the care circle.
We will not send you unsolicited updates, alerts, or marketing messages.
If your family administrator has asked you to provide your number, complete the form below to confirm your consent.
This step is optional. You can be part of your family's care circle without providing a phone number — SMS is simply one way to stay connected. Declining does not affect your ability to participate in your care circle.
Thank you — your consent has been recorded. You'll receive a welcome message from Take Five Care shortly.
You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Take Five Care. You will receive one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. To re-subscribe, reply START.
